Winter is at the heart of Quebec’s identity… and yet, we often have a love-hate relationship with it. What is your relationship with winter? What images and emotions come to mind when you think of it?
Through a short meditative experience, Sarah guides you on an inner journey to explore your winter (through images, sensations, and emotions).
A moment to become aware of how a more mindful and sensory travel experience can foster a positive relationship with winter and become a catalyst for a sense of connection to and attraction toward the region(s).

With
Sarah Kastendeuch is the co-founder of Cyclique par Nature, a company that creates rejuvenating audio guides to help visitors (re)connect with nature. As a Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing) guide, short-hike guide, and mindfulness meditation teacher, she designs and leads tourist experiences that invite people to slow down, breathe, and marvel at their surroundings. Her mission: to make the benefits of connecting with nature accessible in everyday life. For her, tourism should be a regenerative experience for both visitors and the local area.
