Jonas Isenegger is a co-founder and data scientist at Gradiant, a Montreal-based company that leverages analytics and responsible AI to support cultural and tourism organizations. With an M.Sc. in Business Intelligence from HEC Montréal, he began his career in the tourism industry, where he worked on customer lifecycle management and personalizing the traveler experience using predictive models and analytical tools—including as part of Air Canada’s loyalty teams. Since 2017, Jonas has been helping destinations, festivals, and tourism organizations structure their data, measure impact, and develop concrete use cases: customer segmentation and loyalty programs, optimization of visitor journeys, management dashboards, and the practical integration of generative AI.
