With more than 25 years of experience in the tourism industry, Marie-Ève has held several team management positions, developing a solid understanding of the realities and challenges on the ground. She established and leads the RHinno project, an ambitious initiative aimed at providing concrete solutions to workforce challenges in tourism while safeguarding the quality of hospitality in the Quebec City region.

Stéphanie is an organizational development consultant and a member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors (CRHA). Passionate about people and helping them reach their full potential, she is interested in how organizations can combine performance, purpose, and well-being, even in demanding and ever-changing environments. She currently works at the Quebec City Region Hotel Association (AHRQ) as part of the RHinno project, where she directly supports tourism businesses in the Quebec City region. This role allows her to remain closely connected to the realities on the ground: workforce challenges, operational pressures, and team engagement and retention. Through HR assessments, she helps organizations take a step back, better understand their internal dynamics, and transform their challenges into drivers of sustainable improvement. Drawing on her experience in consulting, operations management, and on-the-ground support, Stéphanie takes an approach that is structured, people-centered, and focused on practical solutions. Guided by the values of collaboration, kindness, and commitment, she helps create inspiring work environments where people feel valued and fully engaged in collective success.

As an organizational development consultant and a Ph.D. candidate in industrial and organizational psychology, Marielle Cyr takes a keen interest in the interpersonal dynamics that shape workplaces. She works with organizations across a variety of sectors—from tourism to manufacturing, financial services, and public agencies. Marielle has a strong interest in the richness of organizational cultures and the diversity of people’s life experiences. A trainer and speaker for several years, she works primarily in organizational health, particularly in fostering cultures of respect and civility, improving work environments, providing guidance on diversity and inclusion, and building team cohesion. Her doctoral research focuses on incivility as a contemporary manifestation of racism and sexism in organizational settings. Driven by a deep conviction that leadership plays a key role in creating inclusive and sustainable environments, Marielle offers her expertise to organizations seeking to build respectful, humane, and high-performing work environments—both today and in the future.
