Reducing working hours has long been a demand for improving employees' quality of life. Would working less be enough to restore balance between the different facets of our overloaded lives? In this presentation, we will explore the different paths we can take to put work back at the service of human needs and thus restore its meaning. The issue of working hours will therefore serve as a starting point for broader reflection on the organization of work and its purposes.
