Aujourd’hui, je dirige l’équipe d’intelligence d’affaires et de l'innovation numérique de Destination Québec cité, avec une obsession positive : transformer des signaux en actions — et des données en décisions qui comptent. Mon approche repose sur un équilibre clair : anticiper et comprendre les tendances, partager les apprentissages du terrain, puis passer rapidement en mode solution, en équipe. Je crois à la performance — la vraie — celle qui se mesure, mais qui se construit dans la bienveillance, la clarté et la confiance. Ce qui me motive au quotidien, c’est l’humain : créer une culture de données accessible, mobilisante et utile, pour accélérer l’innovation au bénéfice des collègues, de l’organisation et des partenaires qui font vivre notre destination.

Gaëlle Ramboanasolo is Director and Data Scientist at Gradiant, a company specializing in AI and advanced analytics that supports cultural, media, and tourism organizations in leveraging their data and developing customized solutions. With an M.Sc. in Business Intelligence, she first worked as a data analyst at the Société de la Place des Arts, then at Bandsintown and Synapse C, where she developed expertise in data literacy, data strategy, and the design of data science-based tools for music, books, and the performing arts. With Gradiant, she designs dashboards, predictive models, and workshops that help organizations better understand their audiences and visitors, increase their discoverability, measure their impact, and make data-driven decisions. Committed to responsible and inclusive AI, Gaëlle regularly acts as a trainer and speaker to demystify artificial intelligence and its challenges for the arts and culture, notably with MassCulture, where she acts as Data Coach for the Data Narratives for the Arts program. She has also taught at La Cité College in Ottawa and is involved in initiatives promoting diversity in STEM, notably with Women in AI.
