Tourism and AI: Turning technological upheaval into concrete opportunities

Beyond the discourse surrounding artificial intelligence, its limitations, and its potential, the fundamental question for the tourism sector remains: where to start? How can the potential of AI be translated into concrete actions? Which uses should be adopted, how should they be prioritized, and which should be avoided? This workshop takes a resolutely operational approach. It will begin with a panel of experts aimed at establishing a strategic framework. Participants will then work in thematic subgroups to analyze and develop solutions to challenges specific to their professional contexts. The goal is to give participants the confidence they need to initiate their AI projects. This approach is designed to support all levels of technological maturity, promoting autonomy in the application of AI.
